Craig Goldberg

Craig is a business continuity management and risk professional with over 20 years of experience, specialising in assisting organisations to become more resilient through a risk-based approach to business continuity, crisis management and IT disaster recovery.

Craig is responsible for several global innovations in business continuity and resilience, using his expertise to develop tailored solutions for organisations of all sizes across a range of industries.

Craig brings the customer to the centre of the journey, to show the value and benefits of a strong and robust program of work.

Over the past 20 years Craig has quickly climbed the corporate ladder through the use of business acumen and IT skills to bridge the gap between IT and business within organisations.

Craig adds value through assisting his clients to anticipate, respond and adapt to the demands and uncertainties of incidents and crises to protect the integrity of their business.

Laurence Slomoi​

Prior to establishing Slomoi Immerman Partners in February 2019, Laurence led the Professional Services Group for Deloitte Private Melbourne. For over 20 years he has been advising high-net-worth individuals, private family groups and family offices on a range of accounting and taxation matters, including succession planning, structuring and the acquisition and divestment of businesses. Laurence is proud of his active role in the community and holds several honorary positions with various non-profit organisations and charities.
 

Jeremy Goldman

Jeremy has more than 18 years experience in assisting start ups, boutique funds and family offices negotiate and structure term sheets, investment and sale documents. He also assists clients in the acquisition and divestment of shares and assets as well as structuring, registering, licensing and enforcing their IP rights.

Lisa Cohen

Lisa has been teaching and championing children for 20 years. She has an acute understanding of the motivations, behaviors and psychology of young people. She is a passionate educator who loves the process of forming productive, positive relationships with her students in order to have the strongest impact on their learning and personal growth. Lisa has brought students back to school after months of school refusal, changed students’ mantra of ‘I hate school’ and cultivated a love and passion for learning in her students. Lisa has experienced success over many years in various contexts across Australia. Having studied a Masters in Educational Leadership and after years of success in the classroom and in senior school management as a beloved teacher and mentor for her students and colleagues, she has decided to share her training, skills and expertise further afield and recently launched her own consultancy to advocate for students in their schools.

Giora Friede is a seasoned investor, board member, and advisor with a rich history of professional accomplishments spanning various sectors. His diverse portfolio of experience reflects not only a deep commitment to business growth but also a dedication to supporting education and community development, rooted in Jewish values and Torah learning.
